Chinese Tourists To USA


In summer of 2004, an official US tourism office was established in China. During its opening news conference attended by the US Embassy's visa consuls and the US government officials, a clear welcome message was sent to the ordinary Chinese citizens who intend to visit the USA as a tourist. On December 6th, 2004, a Sino-US Tourism Memo was signed in order to promote tourism into both countries. As of January 15th, 2005, Chinese citizens for the first time started to obtain multiple entry visas into the USA. Today, Chinese tourists are considered VIPs in western countries, and ordinary Chinese citizens vacationing in the USA is nolonger a dream.

2007 Gymnastic Summer Camp to China ( GSCC )

2007 Gymnastic Summer Camp to China ( GSCC ) will be held from July 12—28, 2007. The GSCC , sponsored by waytochina.net will feature visits to Beijing ---an imperial city for 800 years; Shanghai ---the largest and the most prosperous city in Asia; and Suzhou ---nick named “ Paradise on Earth ”, and “ Venice of the East ”.

China is a world renowned gymnastic power with hundreds of world class gymnasts and their coaches. Their secret technics and training methods are vital to their success. The Chinese gymnasts are training very hard and getting ready for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Our major task of the GSCC is to provide our young gymnasts with an opportunity to discuss their training issues with their Chinese peers, to train with them side by side, and eventually upgrade their professional levels within a short period of intensive training. Our 2007GSCC is open to Children ages 7--18.

The GSCC also features a professional workshop with Chinese gymnasts, and site inspections at various Chinese gymnastic teams, gymnasiums and schools.

The all-inclusive 17-day GSCC costs $1799 + tax for our young campers and includes all airfares from San Francisco to Beijing, Beijing to Shanghai, Shanghai to San Francisco, 15-night 3-star hotels, three meals daily with various Cuisines, evening entertainment such as a 79-member-troupe Folk Singing and Dancing.
