3. Chengdu – Leshan—Mt. Emei (B,L,D)
Take a comfortable coach to Leshan to visit the Giant
Buddha (71 m high), and also the spectacular museum
of Sanxingdui in the afternoon. Arrive in the foot of
Mt. Emei. Check into the hotel and get refreshed.
4. Mt. Emei – Chengdu (B,L,D)
A full day sightseeing on Mt. Emei, which is known as
one of the four great Sacred Mountains of Buddhism.
Take the evening train back to Chengdu.
5. Chengdu- Panda Breeding
Center—San Xing Dui—Mian Yang (B,L,D)
After breakfast we drive to the Panda Breeding
Center just outside the city. With the specific explanation
of our export, you will have a deep understanding to
those lovely Giant Pandas. Continue our tour to the
beautiful San Xing Dui and get to our destination in
Mian Yang.
6. Mian Yang--Jiuzhaigou (B,L,D)
Drive to the nature reserve and UNESCO world heritage
of Jiuzhaigou with its clear lakes, high cataracts,
colorful forests and quiet valleys. In some of the lakes
the water is dark blue and the ground is red. In the
sunlight it looks as if the lake were on fire.
It is very enjoyable to walk on the wooden paths built
along the lakes.
7. Jiuzhaigou (B,L,D)
Continue our tour in this amazing natural reserve. The
picturesque lakes, mountains, forests and water falls
will make you believe that you are taken to the fairyland.
8. Jiuzhaigou—Huanglong-Maoxian
(B,L,D)
Drive to Huanglong in the morning. Huanglong is another
UN acknowledged World Nature and Cultural Heritage,
a beautiful national park with very special shaped pounds
of colorful water like gems inlaid on the ground. In
the evening arrive in Miaoxian.
9. Maoxian-Dujiangyan-Chengdu
(B,L,D)
Today we head to Chengdu, on the way visit of the Irrigation
System in Dujiangyan, built in 250 BC to regulate the
Min River. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and enjoy
your leisure time.
10. Chengdu - Xian (B,L,D)
Fly to Xian after breakfast, and visit another wonder
of the ancient world – the Terra-Cotta Warriors and
Horses. Concealed under earth, those thousands of life-sized
clay warriors, horses and chariots, as one part of the
tomb of Emperor Qinshihuang, were discovered accidentally
by a farmer while digging out a well. We will go to
the excavation site to see those lifelike warriors and
their horses. Then visit the Huaqing Hot Spring, where
the Queen of Tang Dynasty used to take her bath.
11. Xian - USA(B,L)
Walk along the Old City Wall, which has witnessed history
of many thousand years. Then visit the famous Wild Goose
Pagoda, a sacred place for people who believe in Buddhism.
Then say farewell to this beautiful country and take
the afternoon flight to USA via Seoul.
