How to make your credit card
Payment
1. Review your itinerary. Make sure your name,
travel date and routing is correct on the reservation.
2. Download the creedit card authorization form online
or receive one from fax. Fill out each blank clearly
so that we can verify the reservation for you. Be
sure the name is matching the name on your passport.
3. Prepare a credit copy of front side and back side:
> You may scan it or digital photo it and email
to us at info@waytochina.net
( please Do Not reply directly from the reservation
email we have sent to you )
> You may also photocopy it and fax it to us at
1-415-434-1686. Please make sure the credit copy is
clear so that we can read the number and cardholder
name.
4. After you send it to us, please give us a call
to confirm we have received it.
5. If it is an E-ticket, please check your email the
same day for your E-ticket document and print out
the itinerary for your record.
6. If it is`a paper ticket, please let us know how
you would like to receive the ticket. (come in person
to pick it up, receive it by a regular mail or by
a FedEx? An extra $15.00 will apply on FedEx mail.
)
If you wish to receive it by mail, please print your
mailing address clearly.

How to apply for your Chinese
Visa
Documents needed for applying for a Chinese visa:
1. Your passport. The passport must be valid at least
six (6) months from the date of departure, and must
have at least one blank visa page on it.
2. Your completed and signed Visa Application Form
with one passport size photo. (2x2)
Note: If the visa application form is not filled out
completely, correctly and legibly, it can cause a
delay in processing or the refusal of the visa application.

Visa fee and processing
time
Multiple Entry $150 (for picking up in our office)
Note: Additional $150 is payable for mailing the visa
back to applicant by Fedex.

The regular processing time is 4 working days.
• It is payable by Money Order, Cashier's Check, Company/Personal
Check or Cash.
• Please make the check or money order payable to
Way Way Travel, Inc.
Additional information:
• Usually, the validity of a single Entry is 3 months
and the validity of a double entry visa is 6 months
from the date of issuance. Unless specified on the
application form and approved by the consular officer,
the duration of stay is 30 days.
• Any person suffering from mental disorder, leprosy,
AIDS, venereal diseases, contagious tuberculosis or
other such infectious diseases shall not be permitted
to enter China.
• The Validity, Duration of Stay, and Number of Entries
of the visa is issued at the discretion of the Consular
Officers, whose decisions are based on the laws and
regulations of China. The Consular Officers have the
authority to refuse any visa applications inconsistent
with Chinese laws and regulations, or revoke issued
visas
• If you need the passport and visa to be mailed back
to you, please provide us with a detail address and
call us to confirm it.
